- Business case
- A business case justifies a project by weighing its costs, benefits, and risks against organizational goals. Project+ covers the business case during initiation and feasibility.
- Triple constraint
- The triple constraint is the interdependence of scope, schedule, and cost (with quality at the center) that a project manager must balance. Project+ covers it as a core management concept.
- Scope
- Scope defines the work required to deliver a project's product and the boundaries of what is and is not included. Project+ covers scope management and controlling scope creep.
- WBS
- A WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) is a hierarchical decomposition of the total project scope into manageable work packages. Project+ covers the WBS within planning.
- Critical path
- The critical path is the longest sequence of dependent activities that determines the shortest possible project duration. Project+ covers critical path within scheduling.
- Gantt chart
- A Gantt chart is a bar chart that shows project tasks against a timeline, including durations and dependencies. Project+ covers Gantt charts among project tools.
- Kanban
- Kanban is an agile method that visualizes work on a board and limits work in progress to improve flow. Project+ covers kanban boards among tools and agile approaches.
- Agile
- Agile is an iterative, incremental approach to delivery that values adaptability, collaboration, and frequent feedback. Project+ covers agile, predictive, and hybrid methodologies.
- Predictive
- Predictive (waterfall) is a plan-driven methodology that defines scope, schedule, and cost up front and executes in sequential phases. Project+ contrasts it with agile and hybrid approaches.
- RACI
- A RACI matrix maps stakeholders to responsibilities as Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, or Informed. Project+ covers RACI among project documentation.
- Stakeholder
